The following is an excerpt from “An Old Practitioner reflects Upon Numerology and the Missing Trinity”
There are some who call the numerology of putting a number under the letter in a name a “science”. That is at best naïve and demonstrates lack of academic training. If you ask any member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, I doubt if you will find one member who would agree. What kind of “science is it? Would that be occult science? Who knows, since there is no real clear definition of what an occult science is. Would it be a pseudoscience? That might be a little harsh.
When you hear someone say that to put a number under a letter and give someone information is a science, here are two questions that you might ask that person. (1) Are you a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science? (2) Have you conducted a double blind two tailed statistical analysis of 50% of your sessions with verification of accuracy at a 5% level?
There is a science and mathematical validity behind the numbers that when applied to numerology will one day bring it back into the realm of statistical and mathematical confirmation. That day has not come.
